Abstract
The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.As the main force of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the working class bears a new historical mission.From the aspects of deepening the reform comprehensively,the economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and leading force in the new era,the reform of industrial workers'construction is of great significance,is an important measure in the basic strategy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and should be pushed forward under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thoughts.关键词
