Abstract
In the 30 years of reform and opening in China the guideline of trade union work has developed continuously to meet with new conditions.Since the 9th to the 11th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Unions trade union work insisted on the guileline of economic construction centered in order to protect the interests of workers and staff in the reform Since the 12th to the 13 th National Congess of the Chinese Trade Unions the general thought of trade union work embodied the status of trade union as the represenlative and protector of workers.Since the 14th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Unions the guileline of"organizing"and protect workers'rights"and of insisting on the developing way of socialist unian with Chinese characteristics and of the socialist concept of protecting labor rights with Chinese characteristics formed the theoretic system of socialist trade union development way wih Chinese characteristies.关键词
