The Influence of the Situations of China's Labor Market on Building up Harmonious Labor Relations
摘要
Abstract
The developing silations of labor market play an important role in building up harmonious labor relations.Along with the reform of economic system,the labor rmanket in China offered advantages to buiding up harmonious labor relations since the system of labor market has been molded and operated well.However some problems in labor market went against to the construction of harmonious labor relations.We need to analyze the developing trend of labor market in China and is infuence on labor relations in onder to put forwards measures and suggestions of improving labor market and hamonious labor relations.关键词
