运营铁路周边发生强烈地震对铁路设施设备具有破坏性影响,严重危及行车安全.基于此,文中从铁路设施设备设防烈度分析各级地震中设备的安全性能,针对性地制定地震后设备分级巡查方案,同时模拟地震下各种场景,完善应急处置措施,保证列车安全情况的同时,进一步提升应急处置效率.实践证明,该研究成果符合理论实际,能更好指导铁路地震应急处置工作.

A strong earthquake near an operational railway can severely damage railway facilities and equipment,posing a significant threat to traffic safety.In response,this paper analyzes the safety performance of equipment during various earthquake intensities,considering the de-sign standards of railway facilities and equipment.It then proposes a post-earthquake equipment inspection and classification plan,simulates various earthquake scenarios,and enhances emergency response measures to ensure train safety while improving the overall efficiency of emer-gency management.Practical application has demonstrated that these research findings are consistent with theoretical expectations and effective-ly guide emergency response efforts in the event of a railway earthquake.
