刚性防水水泥基材料关键性能研究
Research on Key Performance of Rigid waterproof Cement-based Material
摘要
Abstract
This article investigates the mechanical and durability properties of rigid waterproof cement-based material(RWCM).The results indicated that RWCM with strength grades of 40,50,and 60 MPa were prepared through mix design,with elastic modulus ranging from 22 GPa to 30 GPa,which showed excellent early axial tensile properties.Drying shrinkage of RWCM was very low under water curing condi-tions.After curing for 28 days,the permeability height is less than 12 mm under the permeability pressure of 3.0 MPa.And,the electrical flux of those spacemen after curing for 28 days is less than 112 C,and the resistance to chloride ions is excellent,too.RWC also has excellent impermeability performance between different tensile strains(0~2%).关键词
