Abstract
Through systematizing the coordination and connection between urban flooding and river basin flooding,the causes of urban flooding were analyzed.Firstly,urban drainage facilities were unable to hold the water discharge in short time-duration;Secondly,rainwater was inca-pable of rapid discharging due to the influence of the water level topping of the river.Taking Jiuzhi Avenue in Chuzhou City as an example,the hydraulic power-line was studied by hydraulic calculation and SWMM-model,and the results showed that no nodal ponding occurred at the most disadvantageous position of the road,which would not cause urban flooding.The conclusion could be a reference for the future research on the impact of river water level on urban flooding.关键词
