Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of non-invasive ventilator assisted treatment on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with respiratory failure(RF).Methods:A total of 60 patients with COPD combined with RF admitted to Tai'an First People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,the study group was supplemented with non-invasive ventilator assisted treatment on the basis of the control group.Blood gas index,inflammation index,symptom remission time and lung function index were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the arterial carbon dioxide fraction of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the blood oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission time of cough,sputum,chest tightness and dyspnea in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity,maximum peak expiratory flow rate and forced expiratory volume at the first second in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilator assisted treatment can accelerate the correction of blood gas abnormalities in COPD patients with RF,alleviate disease symptoms,promote inflammation dissipation,improve lung function.关键词
