Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyze the effect of microplate internal fixation and kirschner wire internal fixation in patients with hand fracture.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hand fracture admitted to Jining Rencheng Haibel Orthopaedic Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with microplate internal fixation,the control group was treated with kirschner needle internal fixation.Functional recovery,clinical indexes,serological indexes,joint motion,pain,living ability and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of functional recovery in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of operation,fracture healing,first functional exercise and hospitalization were shorter than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the C-reactive protein and Interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the osteocalcin was higher than that in the control group,the hand joint total motion and life ability score were higher than those in the control group,and the score of pain degree was lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 3.33%,than that in the control group which was lower than 23.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with kirschner wire internal fixation microplate internal fixation can benefit the postoperative rehabilitation of hand function,improve serological indicators,reduce pain degree and restore life ability of patients,this operation has a high safety.关键词
