Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Clinical effect of intra-articular and peri knee pain points injection of platelet rich plasma(PRP)combined with minimally invasive surgery for patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 96 KOA patients admitted to Yantai Port Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minimally invasive surgery,and the study group was treated with intra-articular and peri knee pain points injection PRP.Knee function,pain degree,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Three months after surgery,the score and total score of Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index in the study group were(17.53±2.14)points,(2.61±0.42)points,(0.65±0.12)points and(20.79±3.24)points,respectively,which were lower than(23.44±3.15)points,(3.62±0.54)points,(1.02±0.22)points and(28.08±3.62)points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the study group was(1.12±0.14)points,which was lower than(1.46±0.16)points of the control group,and the Barthel Index score was(88.96±5.32)points,which was higher than(80.37±5.26)points of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Summary Table were(88.96±5.63)points,(89.68±5.54)points,(90.88±4.26)points,(92.41±4.15)points,respectively,which were higher than(80.69±5.47)points,(82.41±5.35)points,(84.31±5.37)points and(85.43±5.31)points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intra-articular and peri knee pain points injection of PRP combined with minimally invasive surgery is more effective in the treatment of KOA patients,which can accelerate pain relief,better improve knee function and quality of life,and improve daily living ability.关键词
