摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of the combined treatment of adjustability and stomach acupuncture with fire acupuncture in patients with central facial paralysis after stroke.Methods:A total of 120 patients with central facial palsy after stroke treated in Zhangdian District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zibo City from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional fire needle therapy,and the research group added supervision and stomach acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The degree of facial nerve function recovery,the severity of facial disability and the occurrence of symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,House-Brackmann Grading Scale scores treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,Facial Disability Index Scale scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 11.67%,which was higher than 6.67%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of central facial paralysis after stroke with the combination of supervision and stomach acupuncture is effective,can promote the recovery of facial nerve function,reduce the degree of facial disability,and has good safety.关键词
