Abstract
Objective:To analyze the role of glutamyltranspeptidase(GGT),cholinesterase(CHE),total bile acid(TBA),albumin(ALB)and total cholesterol(TC)in the diagnosis of Child-Pugh grade hepatitis cirrhosis. Methods:A total of 90 patients with hepatitis cirrhosis admitted to Renhuai People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into group A(n=26)group B(n=35)and group C(n=29)according to the Child-Pugh grade of cirrhosis, they were cooresponded level A,B and C.The levels and positive rates of GGT,CHE,TBA,ALB and TC in the group A(n=26),group B(n=35)and group C(n=29)were compared. Results:There was statistical significance in all scores of Child-Pugh classification among the three groups(P<0.05).The levels of GGT and TBA in group C were higher than those in group A and B,while the levels of CHE,ALB and TC were lower than those in group A and B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:GGT,CHE,TBA,ALB,TC in different Child-Pugh grade hepatitis cirrhosis patients have good diagnostic effect, can judge the degree of hepatitis cirrhosis.关键词
