Abstract
Objective:To analyze the test results and clinical significance of coagulation function index in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods:Date of 100 patients with gestational hypertension and 100 healthy pregnant women during the same period from the Jining Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The index of coagulation function[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT)]were measured and compared, the test results and clinical significance of coagulation function index in patients with gestational hypertension were analyzed. Results:The FIB,mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients with gestational hypertension were higher than those of the healthy pregnant women, and the PT,APTT and TT were shorter than those of the healthy pregnant women, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the redution of coagulation function indexes PT,APTT and TT were negatively correlated with gestational hypertension, while the increase of FIB level was positively correlated with gestational hypertension(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic curve was drawn, and the results showed that the area under the curve of coagulation function indexes PT,APTT,FIB and TT in diagnosing the occurrence of patients with gestational hypertension were 0.834,0.786,0.819 and 0.866,respectively,all of which had certain diagnostic value. Conclusion:PT,APTT,FIB and TT are abnormal in the coagulation function indexes of patients with gestational hypertension, which can be used in the diagnosis of patients with gestational hypertension and has certain diagnostic significance.关键词
