Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of Flupentixol and Melitracen combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of patients with perimenopausal insomnia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with perimenopausal insomnia treated in Linyi Central Hospital from December 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen,and the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,sex hormone indexes,sleep quality and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the treatment,the estradiol of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the slcep quality scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group;at 4 weeks after treatment,the slcep quality scores in both groups were higher than the end of treatment,but the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than 7.50%in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Flupentixol and Melitracen combined with hyperbaric oxygen is effective in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia patients,which can improve sleep quality and sex hormone indexes,and has certain safety and high application value.关键词
