Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of direct anterior approach(DAA)total hip replacement on hip function and complications in patients with osteo necrosis of the femoral head(ONFH).Methods:A total of 80 patients with ONFH admitted to Zhaoyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent posterolateral approach(PLA)total hip replacement,and the study group underwent DAA total hip replacement.Perioperative indexes,hip function,pain degree,balance function and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The incision length,operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the Harris hip function scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group in all dimensions,the visual analogue pain score was lower than that of the control group,and the Berg balance scale score was higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate of the study group was 2.50%,lower than 20.00%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:DAA total hip replacement is effective in treatment of patients with ONFH.Perioperative indexes and pain degree of patients are effectively improved,hip function and balance function are effectively improved,and the incidence of complications is low.关键词
