不同水平植物精油对辽宁绒山羊断奶羔羊生长性能、消化率、血清生化指标及腹泻的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of different levels of plant essential oils on growth performance,digestibility,serum biochemical indexes,and diarrhea of Liaoning cashmere goat weaned lambs
试验旨在研究不同水平植物精油对辽宁绒山羊断奶羔羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清生化指标及腹泻状况的影响.选取48只体重(16.92±0.50)kg、(90±5)日龄的健康断奶公羔羊,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只羊.对照组、试验1组、试验2组和试验3组分别饲喂含有0、0.01％、0.03％、0.05％植物精油的颗粒饲粮.预试期7d,正式试验期53 d.结果表明:试验1组、2组和3组平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),料重比显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).试验2组消化能、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、钙和总磷表观消化率均极显著高于对照组(P＜0.01).试验2组血清葡萄糖、胰岛素、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、白蛋白含量均极显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),血清胰高血糖素、尿酸含量极显著低于对照组(P＜0.01),血清非酯化脂肪酸、β-羟丁酸、尿素氮含量显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).试验2组血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性极显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).试验1组、2组和3组羔羊腹泻率均低于对照组,康复率高于对照组,病羊康复时间和治疗成本均极显著低于对照组(P＜0.01).研究表明,断奶羔羊饲粮中添加0.03％的植物精油可提高生长性能、营养物质表观消化率,增强机体糖类、脂类和蛋白质代谢效率,提高机体抗氧化能力,降低腹泻率,缩短腹泻康复时间.
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of different levels of plant essential oils on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum biochemical indexes,and diarrhea status of Liaoning cashmere goat weaning lambs.A total of 48 healthy weaned male lambs with a body weight of(16.92±0.50)kg and age of(90±5)days were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and four goats per replicate.Lambs in control group,test group 1,test group 2 and test group 3 were fed granule diets containing 0,0.01％,0.03％,and 0.05％plant essential oil,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal experiment period was 53 days.The results showed that the average daily gain in test groups 1,2,and 3 was extremely higher than that in control group(P＜0.01),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The apparent digestibility of digestible energy,crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,acid detergent fiber,calcium,and total phosphorus in test group 2 were extremely higher than those in control group(P＜0.01).The concentrations of serum glucose,insulin,triglyceride,total cholesterol,and albumin in test group 2 were extremely higher than those in control group(P＜0.01).Serum glucagon and uric acid concentrations were extremely lower than those of control group(P＜0.01),and serum non-esterification fatty acid,β-hydroxybutyric acid and urea nitrogen concentrations were significantly lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The activities of superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase,and catalase in serum of test group 2 were extremely higher than those of control group(P＜0.01),and the content of malondialdehyde was significantly lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).The diarrhea rate of lambs in test groups 1,2 and 3 was lower than that in control group,the recovery rate was higher than that in control group,and the recovery time and treatment cost were extremely lower than that in control group(P＜0.01).The results show that supplementation of 0.03％plant essential oil in the diet of weaned lambs can improve growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,enhance metabolic efficiency of carbohydrate,lipid and protein,improve antioxidant capacity,reduce diarrhea rate and shorten the recovery time of diarrhea.
