认知行为疗法联合醋酸亮丙瑞林对特发性中枢性性早熟患儿生命质量的影响
Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with Leuprolide Acetate on Quality of Life in Children With Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with leuprolide acetate on the quality of life of children with idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP).Methods A total of 90 children with idiopathic central precocious puberty treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomized control,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leuprelin acetate,and the observation group was treated with cognitive behavioral therapy based on the control group.Growth and development indexes,quality of life and intervention compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the growth rate,predicted adult height and bone age in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The subjective Quality of life questionnaire(ISLQ)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The intervention compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with leuprelin acetate in the treatment of ICPP can effectively improve the growth and development indicators of children,improve the quality of life and intervention compliance.关键词
