Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of refined diet control intervention in the perioperative period in patients with thoracolumbar fracture and the effect on gastrointestinal function.Methods Seventy patients with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with perioperative refined diet control intervention on the basis of the control group,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)in two groups were decreased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the score of GQOL-74 was increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)score of the two groups was increased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of appetite loss,constipation,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of refined diet control intervention in the perioperative period in patients with thoracolumbar fracture can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the quality of care and improve the quality of life.关键词
