六味地黄丸联合唑来膦酸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效
Clinical Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with Zoledronic Acid on Patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Methods A total of 72 patients with PMOP who regularly visited the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from February 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=34 cases)and observation group(n=38 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine calcium supplement,vitamin D and zoledronic acid,and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pill on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 6 months and 12 months of treatment,the VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 6 and 12 months of treatment,the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Society(JOA)score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Bone mineral density(BMD)in observation group was higher than that in control group after 6 months and 12 months of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with zoledronic acid has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of PMOP,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain,improve the patients'low back mobility and quality of life,and improve BMD.关键词
