耳穴压豆配合苏叶黄连汤治疗肝胃不和型妊娠剧吐的临床疗效OA

Objective To explore the clinical effect of auricular point combined with Suye Huanglian decoction in treating hyperemesis gravidarum with liver and stomach dissonance.Methods A total of 100 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum with hepatogastric disordered disorder treated in Dongguan Kanghua Hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with auricular point combined with Suye Huanglian decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical effect,symptom change,serum motilin,urinary ketone body level and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of pregnancy specific nausea and vomiting scale(PUQE)decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the serum motilin level increased and the urinary ketone body level decreased,and the serum motilin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the urinary ketone body level was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of NVPQOL decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressure Dou combined with Suye Huanglian decoction in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum with liver and stomach discordia has a definite effect,which can effectively regulate the levels of serum motilin and urinary ketone,improve symptoms and promote the quality of life,with significant advantages.
