中药配方颗粒制备通窍膏方对慢性鼻炎患儿疗效及治疗依从性的影响OA

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules on the efficacy and treatment compliance of Tongqiao ointment in children with chronic rhinitis.Methods A total of 126 children with chronic rhinitis admitted to Xuzhou Renren Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salmeterol ticasone powder inhalation,and the observation group was treated with TCM formula granules to prepare Qingjiao ointment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level,treatment compliance score and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of sneezing,itchy and stuffy nose,clear runny nose and dull sense of smell in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of monocyte chemotactic protein-4(MCP-4),cysteine leukotriene receptor 1(CysLTR1)and interleukin-9(IL-9)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of Morisky Medication Compliance Scale(MMAS-8),medication Compliance Self-efficacy Scale(MASES)and General Compliance Scale(GAS)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao ointment prepared with Chinese medicine formula granules has significant curative effect in the treatment of chronic rhinitis,which can effectively improve the main TCM syndromes of children,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve medication compliance,and the treatment safety is good.
