氨基葡萄糖联合非甾体抗炎药对膝关节骨性关节炎患者血清炎症因子及骨保护素水平的影响OA
Effects of Glucosamine combined with Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Osteoprotectin Levels in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis
目的 探讨氨基葡萄糖联合非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者血清炎症因子及骨保护素(OPG)水平的影响.方法 选取 2023 年 1-3 月鄂州市鄂钢医院收治的 120 例KOA患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60 例.对照组给予NSAIDs治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用氨基葡萄糖治疗.比较两组患者膝关节疼痛程度(视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分)及功能(西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分)、不良反应、血清炎症因子(白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6))及OPG水平变化.结果 治疗后两组VAS、WOMAC评分降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6 水平降低,观察组低于对照组,且两组血清OPG水平升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(10.00%)显著低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 氨基葡萄糖联合NSAIDs治疗KOA患者,可以有效减轻疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能,降低血清炎症因子水平,增加血清OPG水平,有利于保护关节软骨,且安全性较高.
Objective To explore the effects of glucosamine combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)on serum inflammatory factors and osteoprotectin(OPG)levels in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 120 KOA patients admitted to Ezhou Egang Hospital from January to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with NSAIDs,and the observation group was treated with glucosamine on the basis of control group.Knee pain severity(visual analogue scale(VAS)score),function(Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score),adverse reactions,serum inflammatory factors(interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6))and OPG level changes were compared between the two groups.Results VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-α and IL-6 in 2 groups were decreased,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the serum OPG level in 2 groups was increased,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(10.00%)was significantly lower than that in control group(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of KOA patients,glucosamine combined with NSAIDs can effectively reduce the degree of pain,improve knee joint function,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,increase the level of serum OPG,which is conducive to the protection of articular cartilage with high safety.
