Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qushi Zhiitching formula in treating acute eczema of damp-heat immersion and its influence on inflammatory factors and immune function.Methods A total of 156 patients with damp-heat immersion acute eczema who were treated in the dermatology department of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 78 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given oral Qushi Zhiprong prescription based on the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,itch score,eczema area and severity index(EASI)score and skin disease Quality of Life index(DLQI)score of two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and eosinophils in 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qushi Zhiitching formula has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute eczema caused by dampness and heat.It can effectively inhibit inflammatory response,improve immune function,and has a low recurrence rate and high safety.关键词
