Theory,Construction and Advancement:The Cognitive Logic of Vocational Education Field Engineers

Abstract
Cultivating field engineers oriented towards high-end industrial scenarios has become an inevitable choice for talent cultivation in higher vocational education.The dualistic philosophical stance of man versus technology has led to the current vocational education overlooking engineering activities'complexity and humanistic essence.Engineering philosophy provides a theoretical perspective for the training of field engineers in vocational education,and constructivist learning theory reveals the cognitive logic of the training of field engineers in vocational education.From the knowledge view,learning view,teaching view and other three dimensions respectively,the complex process of engineering activities,indicates that the generation of knowledge is the main construction process of engineering thinking and comprehensive knowledge,the learning process is the process of migration and abstraction of comprehensive knowledge in the field context,and the teaching activity is an iterative process of educators guiding the learners'engineering thinking.Therefore,vocational colleges can optimize the progression of field engineers in vocational education in four aspects:cross-border integration of comprehensive knowledge,knowledge system migration ability,self-transformation of engineering thinking,and engineering ethical practice direction.关键词
