摘要

Abstract

In the current critical period of industrial change,industrial development and employment situation is urgent for the demand of compound talents,and more and more attention is paid to the job competence and migration ability of higher vocational graduates.Deepening the integration of industry and education,and carrying out"2+1"school-enterprise dual-education with specialty groups docking post groups is the new mode of talent cultivation carried out by schools and enterprises in the railway industry.Based on the logical analysis of the specialty group docking job groups,the path of"2+1"school-enterprise dual education can be carried out from the development of teaching resources,building the curriculum system,deepening the reform of teachers'teaching materials and methodology,and constructing the school-enterprise assessment system in four aspects.To ensure the effectiveness of"2+1"school-enterprise dual education,we need to improve the management system of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration,increase financial investment to improve the construction of training bases and build school-enterprise cooperation in all-round quality monitoring and evaluation system in three aspects.
