Abstract
Using the tissue culture seedlings of three main varieties of Trichosanthes kirilowii,namely Wanlou 9,Wanlou 17 and Wanlou 20,as experimental materials,this paper studied the optimal proliferation medium,rooting medium and transplant survival rate of each variety of tissue culture seedlings.The results showed that the optimal proliferation medium and rooting medium for Wanlou 9 and Wanlou 17 were consistent,which were MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.15 mg/L IAA and MS+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.05 mg/L NAA,respectively.The optimal proliferation medium and rooting medium for Wanlou 20 were MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L IAA and MS+0.2 mg/L IBA+0.30 mg/L NAA,respectively.The transplant survival rates of root tissue culture seedlings of Wanlou 9,Wanlou 17 and Wanlou 20 were 95.34%,90.56%and 93.67%,respectively.关键词
