以枳壳、枳橙、红橘和香橙等4种砧木嫁接的'爱媛28号'橘橙苗木为对象,研究不同砧木对'爱媛28号'橘橙叶片光合特性及其结构和树体生长的影响,并借助相关性、冗余分析等方法探究叶片光合性能和解剖结构的关系.结果表明,枳橙砧'爱媛28号'橘橙叶片栅栏组织与海绵组织均较厚,红橘砧'爱媛28号'橘橙叶片的栅海比最大,为0.40,香橙砧的最小,为0.28;枳橙砧的蒸腾速率、气孔导度最大,其中蒸腾速率为0.26 mmol·m-2·s-1,气孔导度为37.67 mmol·m-2·s-1,红橘砧的净光合速率最高,为1.87 μmol·m-2·s-1,枳壳砧的胞间CO2浓度最高,为412.67 μmol·mol-1;红橘砧、枳橙砧和香橙砧株高净生长量更高,红橘砧和香橙砧根冠比更低.4种不同砧木'爱媛28号'橘橙叶片光合特性与叶片结构存在较强的相关性,借助冗余分析筛选出栅海比、海绵组织厚度、叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度和栅栏组织厚度对光合特性有重要影响的叶片结构参数,其中栅海比达到显著水平.因此,栅海比可作为筛选不同砧木光合特性的重要参考指标.

The influences of four rootstocks,Trifoliate orange,Carrizo citrange,Red tangerine and Citrus junos,on the photosynthetic characteristics,anatomical structure and tree growth of'Ehime No.28'orange leaves were studied.Methods such as correlation analysis and redundancy analysis were used to explore the relationship between the leaf photosynthetic performance and the anatomical structure.The results showed that both the palisade tissue and spongy tissue of'Ehime No.28'orange leaves were thicker when grafted onto Carrizo citrange rootstock.The ratio of palisade to spongy tissue in the red tangerine rootstock was the highest at 0.40 and the lowest at 0.28 for Cit-rus junos rootstock.Carrizo citrange rootstock had the highest transpiration rate and stomatal conductance,with a transpiration rate of 0.26 mmol·m-2·s-1 and a stomatal conductance of 37.67 mmol·m-2·s-1,while the red tangerine rootstock had the highest net photosynthetic rate of 1.87 μmol·m-2·s-1,and Trifoliate orange rootstock had the highest intercellular CO2 concentration of 412.67 μmol·mol-1;Red tangerine rootstock,Carrizo citrange rootstock,and Cit-rus junos rootstock exhibited higher net growth in the plant height,while Red tangerine rootstock and Citrus junos rootstock had relatively lower root-to-shoot ratios.There was a strong correlation between the photosynthetic char-acteristics and leaf structure of'Ehime No.28'orange leaves grafted onto the four different rootstocks.Redundancy analysis identified the leaf structural parameters,including the palisade to spongy tissue ratio,spongy tissue thickness,leaf thickness,upper epidermis thickness,lower epidermis thickness,and palisade tissue thickness,which signifi-cantly influenced the photosynthetic characteristics.Therefore,the palisade to spongy tissue ratio can be used as an important reference index for selecting rootstocks with different photosynthetic characteristics.
