空心菜对戊唑醇的吸收与富集特征
Uptake and accumulation of tebuconazole in water spinach(Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.)

Abstract
To investigate the absorption and enrichment effects of water spinach on tebuconazole,a hydro-ponics experiment was carried out to analyze the uptake and removal efficiency of tebuconazole from water by water spinach and to evaluate its potential for phytoremediation of tebuconazole-contaminated environments.The results showed that the dissipation rate of tebuconazole in the culture medium of water spinach was significantly faster than that in the culture medium without water spinach.In three different initial treatment concentrations(1,10,100 μg·L-1),the removal rate of the blank control group was almost 0%after 10 days of treatment,while the removal rate of the water spinach treatment group was more than 85%.The dissipation half-life of the three con-centration treatment groups was 3.47,2.46 and 2.49 d,respectively.The enrichment behavior of tebuconazole in the roots and stem-leaves of water spinach showed significant differences,with both the bioconcentration and bioaccumulation factors being higher in the roots than in the stem-leaves.The translocation factors in the stem-leaves were all less than 1,indicating that tebuconazole is difficult to translocate upwards within the water spinach plant and is more readily enriched in the roots.This suggests that water spinach has considerable potential for remediating water bodies contaminated with tebuconazole.The study provides data support for the phytore-mediation of tebuconazole environmental pollution and the rational use of pesticides in agricultural production.关键词
