黔南州少数民族村寨治理现代化的实践与路径研究
The Practice and Path Research of Modernizing Governance in Ethnic Minority Villages in Qiannan Prefecture

Abstract
s:Improving the efficiency of social governance in the new era is an important measure to pro-mote the modernization level of national governance capacity.Based on the field investigation of ethnic mi-nority villages in Qiannan Prefecture,it is found that the characteristics and highlights of the moderniza-tion of governance in some ethnic minority villages,but the insufficient development of the combination of agricultural,cultural and tourism resources,the insufficient matching of"soft law"and"hard law",and the insufficient governance of"information network"still restrict the governance effectiveness of some eth-nic minority villages.Therefore,the characteristic resources of minority villages should be activated to promote the development of advantageous industries,promote the transformation of governance concepts of village governance subjects,promote the wisdom of village grassroots governance and the organic inte-gration of"autonomy,moral governance,and rule of law",and build an organizational system of"Party building leadership+diversified governance"to improve the targeted modernization of minority village governance.关键词
