Research on the Influencing Factors of New Rural Elites'Participation in Rural Governance Performance from the Perspective of Embedding Theory:Based on the Empirical Analysis of Fengyuan Village in Zhejiang Province

Abstract
Based on the theory of embeddedness,through the cognitive,political and relational embed-dedness of new rural sages,this paper constructs a model of the influencing factors of new rural sages'par-ticipation on rural governance performance from the three dimensions of new rural sages'willingness and ability to participate,government support and village identity.Through the field survey of Fengyuan Vil-lage in Zhejiang Province and the analysis of the survey data,it is found that new rural sages have become one of the important subjects of rural governance.The willingness and ability of new rural sages to partici-pate,government support and village identity can positively affect the performance of rural governance.关键词
