摘要

Abstract

The network teaching platform called"Internet+"has been developed to change the defi-ciencies in the traditional teaching mode,including lagging process evaluation,and weak student initiative learning ability.By integrating"Internet+"with flipped classroom,collaborative teaching,and sharing of teaching resources,the teaching mode of the course of rapid food testing technology has been changed,improving the frequency of interaction between teachers and students,expanding students'channels of knowledge acquisition,enhancing students'self—learning ability,and further changing the way of teaching assessment.The purpose of this study aims to enhance the teaching quality of rapid food inspection tech-niques through the"Internet Plus"information technology—based teaching methods,ultimately nurturing highly skilled and applied talents for the society.
