Study on the influence of thermal deformation on backlash of planetary gear system under variable working conditions
摘要
Abstract
We propose a theoretical calculation model for backlash in planetary gear systems,taking into account the thermal deformation of internal meshing pairs under different operating conditions.Our proposed model is validated through ANSYS Workbench steady-state thermal-structural coupling analysis,which provides steady-state temperature field data for various operating conditions.Based on this model and the obtained temperature field data,an analysis is conducted to examine the variation patterns of backlash in three operating conditions:variable speed,variable torque,and constant power.This study lays a theoretical foundation for dynamic analysis of planetary gear systems.关键词
