CsPbX3钙钛矿量子点玻璃放大自发辐射及微激光
Amplified Spontaneous Emission and Micro-Laser of CsPbX3 Perovskite Quantum Dot Glass
摘要
Abstract
The research status of the influence of the size,structure and morphology as well as mesoporous coating and glass coating of CsPbX3 perovskite nanocrystals on obtaining high-quality laser output,spontaneous emission and random laser.CsPbX3 perovskite quantum dot glass prepared by melting technology and crystallization method achieves tunable up-conversion luminescence in the full spectral range of 420-714 nm.The blue CsPbCl1.5 Br1.5 quantum dot glass with high exciton binding energy is easier to achieve amplified spontaneous emission.After heat treatment at 440℃ and 470℃,the green CsPbBr3 quantum dot glass achieves ASE under the excitation of 800 nm femtosecond laser.After heat treatment at 500℃ and 530℃,it can achieve random laser.The red CsPb(BrI)3 quantum dot glass can achieve random laser at 590 nm.关键词
