频率偏移对超声换能器性能的影响规律
The Influence of Frequency Deviation on the Performance of Ultrasonic Transducer
摘要
Abstract
A simulation experiment is carried out to study the influence of uncertainty caused by resonant frequency deviation of ultrasonic transducer.Firstly,the equivalent circuit model of the transducer and its state equation are established,and the quantitative relationship between the frequency deviation and the amplitude of the transducer is determined by the simulation experiment of the single resonant frequency transducer.Then,simulation experiments and data analysis are carried out for the multi-resonant frequency transducer,and the quantitative relationship among frequency deviation,resonant frequency and the performance of the transducer is clarified.The results show that the same frequency deviation offset has greater influence on the performance of the high resonant frequency transducer.关键词
