摘要
Abstract
Public institutions are gathering places for various professional and skilled talents in education,science,culture,and health.Their selection of talented individuals will inevitably have a significant impact on China's reform-opening up and socialist modernization drive.Test paper framing,therefore,is critical to a scientific,effective,and accurate recruitment of professional and technical talents in public institutions.This study finds that in the recruitment of professional and technical talents in public institutions,there still exist such common problems as lack of focus,single type,and insufficient novelty in exam questions.This study proposes optimization strategies for the examination questions in the recruitment of professional and technical talents in public institutions,by adopting a holistic approach to the framing of both written exams and interviews,Among the measures proposed are:expanding the content of professional knowledge examination,optimizing examination question types,improving professional and technical evaluation methods,and exploring diversified question forms.关键词
