Abstract
With good autonomous innovation ability and extensive distribution in strategic emerging industries,Chinese central state-owned enterprises shoulder the responsibility of developing new quality productive forces to help China build a modern industrial system,realize scientific and technologi-cal self-reliance and cultivate global competitive advantages.At the same time,the central enterprises are still facing practical challenges,such as the need to establish a new quality production relationship which is indispensable for them to adapt to the development of new quality productive forces,the shortcomings of intellectual production factors which restrict the effectiveness of new quality productive forces,the insufficient development of absorbing global new quality production factors,and the need to improve the incentive mechanism which can promote the development of new quality productive forces.The new quality productive forces of central enterprises have not yet fully empowered the high-quality development of the economy.In this re-gard,this paper suggests that central enterprises should ensure the deep coordination between the development goal of new quality productive forces and the elements of new quality innovation,create a new quality productive forces labor group led by central enterprises and coordinated by consortia,pro-mote the effective complementarity between domestic new quality productive forces innovation and overseas new quality productive forces innovation,and ensure the coordinated development of new quality innovation targeting the shortcomings and the future development.关键词
