Empowering Private Enterprises'Transformation and Development with New Quality Productivity Forces:Dilemma,Traceability and Countermeasures

Abstract
To achieve the multiplication effect in corporate development,it is essential to improve innovation.At present,it is necessary to achieve"three major breakthroughs"in order to empower the transformation and development of private enterprises with new productive forces.The prevailing explanation for the development dilemma of private enterprises is the external factor theory,which attributes it to the deterioration of the external envi-ronment.This article proposes the internal factor theory that affects the development of the private economy.The private enterprises have outstanding overall adaptive adjustment capabilities,but lack strategic management capabilities,which is mainly due to the enterprises themselves.The internal factors that restrict the development of private enterprises are insufficient innovation momentum,inadequate modern enterprise systems,and insufficient confidence of private entrepreneurs in the sustainable development.In future,in order to empower the transformation and development of private enter-prises with new productive forces,it is necessary to attach importance to digital empowerment,improve the talent reserve mechanism,promote the ex-tension and upgrading of the industrial chain to the R&D end,and effectively optimize the business environment for private enterprises.关键词
