东昆仑洪水河铁锰多金属矿床钴镍矿化的发现及其赋存状态研究
Discovery and occurrence of cobalt‑nickel mineralization in Hongshuihe iron‑manganese polymetallic deposit,East Kunlun

Abstract
The Hongshuihe sedimentary type iron⁃manganese deposit is located in the north zone of East Kunlun in Qinghai Province,and its hosting rock is the fine clastic rock⁃carbonate rocks of Langyashan Formation of Mesoproterozoic Jixian System.The Hongshuihe deposit has the characteristics of parallel coexistence of iron and manganese bodies,and 7 iron and manganese bodies have been ringed.The distribution of ore bodies is controlled by stratigraphic lithology,and the deposit scale is above medium.Through detailed field geological survey,borehole core cataloguing and sampling,microscopic observation and scanning electron microscope analysis,independent cobalt and nickel minerals were discovered in the ore body Ⅰ⁃1 for the first time.A large scale cobalt(nickel)ore body has been delineated through preliminary chemical analysis.Ore structure and mineral association characteristics reflect that the mineralization of Fe,Mn and Co(Ni)in Hongshuihe deposit has undergone three metallogenic period:sedimentation⁃diagenetic period,metamorphic⁃deformation period and supergene oxidation period.The comprehensive study shows that the Hongshuihe mining area has superior cobalt⁃nickel mineralization prospecting potential in both shallow and deep areas,as well as peripheral areas,which is worthy of further exploration work.关键词
