叙事教学法在风湿免疫科实习护士同理心培养中的应用
Application of Narrative Teaching Method in Cultivating Empathy Among Intern Nurses in Rheumatology and Immunology Department

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of narrative teaching method in cultivating empathy among intern nurses in rheumatology and immunology department.Methods:A questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews were conducted to select 25 intern nurses in the rheumatology and immunology department of Beijing Luhe Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University.Narrative teaching method was used.The Chinese version of Jefferson Empathy Scale was used to assess empathy level before and after teaching.After teaching,a self-designed interview outline was used to interview the intern nurses.Results:The empathy level of the intern nurses before teaching was(91.52±7.14),and that after teaching was(106.80±16.82),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the interview results show that intern nurses have improved in empathy cultivation,communication,and professional ethics.Conclusion:The application of narrative teaching method in rheumatology and immunology department can help cultivate empathy among intern nurses,improve nurse-patient communication ability,and is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
