Abstract
The EU has imposed anti-dumping duties on biodiesel exported from China to the EU in order to protect the development of local biofuel enterprises in the EU,and to prevent Indonesian-produced biodiesel from being re-exported to the EU through China in order to avoid countervailing duties.China's production of the main export destination of biodiesel is the European Union market,the European Union's this measure has been China's biofuel industry,especially the biodiesel industry has caused a greater impact:China's biodiesel products in the European Union price competitiveness dropped significantly,the volume of exports decreased significantly;China's biodiesel-related enterprises to start a decline in the rate of impact on the efficiency of the enterprise;as a raw material for the waste cooking oil exports further increase;investment in biofuel projects has decreased,etc.In order to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests,China should actively strive for a better final judgement and formulate policies to encourage domestic consumption.Enterprises should actively develop the biodiesel market,adjust the structure of biofuel products,strengthen the management of raw materials such as waste cooking oil,and enhance international communication and cooperation as well as the management of domestic industry.关键词
