Abstract
In order to maintain U.S.energy security,conduct great power competition,and strengthen alliance relations,the Biden administration has actively built a clean energy alliance and taken such main measures as improving ideology-based clean energy governance,promoting the de-sinicization of the clean energy supply chain,courting key mineral resource countries,and strengthening policy synergies with energy powerhouses.The shaping of the clean energy alliance has,to a certain extent,enhanced the economic,political and security influence of the US,and caused an impact on China's efforts to expand the clean energy market and develop the clean energy manufacturing industry.However,decoupling from China will inevitably lead to more intense competition among major powers in the field of clean energy and a tendency to fragmentation of the global energy market,increase the development costs of various countries,and reduce the efficiency of the industrial chain,which will not bring the Sino-US relationship back to a healthy and stable development track.In this regard,China should deeply cultivate the industrial fields in which it has already formed competitive advantages,strengthen R&D and application of next-generation clean energy technologies,balance the relationship between struggle and cooperation with the United States,and optimize the path and measures of overseas clean energy investment.关键词
