Abstract
Kazakhstan has significant geographical advantages and is gradually releasing its potential for transit transport with the rapid growing number of passengers and cargo in civil aviation after the pandemic.It is facing rapid growth in passenger and cargo traffic in civil aviation following the pandemic;obsolete infrastructure and huge potential for aviation market development;complex ownership structure of civil aviation and accelerated privatization of the civil aviation sector.Kazakhstan's aviation fuel demand has risen sharply,and its dependence on imported aviation fuel has been strengthened.At present,the aviation fuel supply has implemented a dual-track system of"domestic and foreign",aviation fuel standards&pricing have gradually been converted to international standards,and the country has actively laid down the construction of a green bio-aviation fuel industry chain.China-Kazakhstan cooperation in civil aviation is relatively weak,should focus on innovating the mode to promote the high-quality development of aviation oil products trade in the future,promote cooperation in civil aviation infrastructure investment and build a multi-level connectivity network,strengthen people-to-people communication,and enhance the consensus between the two sides through cooperation between in production,academia,and research.With many practical challenges in cooperation in the aviation oil industry chain,and it is suggested that Chinese enterprises deeply develop the potential of cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in the aviation oil industry chain,analyze the constraints in the development of Kazakhstan's aviation oil market,avoid investment risks,and continuously promote the cooperation between the two sides to a wider field and a higher level of development by combining the advantages of China's large-scale energy enterprises.关键词
