Abstract
In 2023,Russia's crude oil production was 531 million tons,down 0.9%from the previous year,primary crude oil processing was 275 million tons,up 1.1%from the previous year,and crude oil exports were 234 million tons,down 3.3%from the previous year.Natural gas production and exports were 636.7 billion cubic meters and 355.3 billion cubic meters respectively,down 5.5%and 13.9%from the previous year.In response to the blockade and sanctions imposed by Europe and the United States on capital,technology,and equipment,Russia has continued to promote import substitution programs in the energy sector.In response to the restrictions on oil and gas exports,Russia has continued to open up new export markets,alleviated the impact on crude oil and oil exports by taking various measures,and flexibly adjusted the construction of natural gas pipelines and promoted the development of the LNG business.In 2024,Russia's oil and gas industries will strive to maintain stability under the sanctions and it is expected that crude oil production will decline slightly,natural gas production will recover,and oil and gas exports will improve.关键词
