摘要
Abstract
Transport energy use accounts for one-third of global end-use energy consumption and generates about 24%of global energy-related carbon emissions.Among the major energy end-use sectors, the transport sector derives 90%of its energy use from petroleum products and is the least diversified in terms of energy use.In the context of the low-carbon transition, road transport is transitioning primarily through electrification, while low-carbon fuels will become the main route for such sectors as aviation and maritime shipping that are difficult to electrify, leading to structural changes in traditional oil trade. On the one hand,China, the United States,Europe and other transition pioneers of oil consumption peak in advance or accelerate the decline and refined oil imports would concentrate to other emerging market countries. On the other hand,low-carbon liquid fuels enter into the period of rapid development, giving rise to new trade demand.China's energy trading enterprises should strengthen the situation study and judgment, pay attention to country-specific policy risks, give full play to the advantages of information and industrial chain, clarify the focus of globalization layout, and accelerate the construction of a three-dimensional"green energy"trade pattern by sea, land and air.关键词
