学科交叉型土木工程材料研究生导师团队建设探索与实践

Abstract
In order to improve the training quality of graduate students majored in civil engineering materials and the level of graduate tutors.This paper starts from the difficulties and causes of civil engineering materials graduate training,and the problems existing in the local university tutor team and graduate training are analyzed.The graduate training of civil engineering materials in Qingdao University of Technology is taken as an example to provide corresponding solutions.Based on the actual situation of the specific topic,the supervisor team is defined,the science-teaching-production resources and international cooperation platform are fully utilized,and the professional strengths of each tutor are utilized to optimize the teaching team,and the construction exploration of interdisciplinary graduate tutor team of civil engineering materials is carried out.Practice shows that local colleges and universities can also trainexcellent graduate students majored in civil engineering materialsand improve the quality of graduate tutor teams by adopting appropriate models in combination with the actual situation and development orientation.关键词
