外侧缰核及其神经环路在重度抑郁症中的作用
The role of the lateral habenula nucleus and its neural circuit in major depressive disorder

Abstract
Major depressive disorder(MDD)is a prevalent emotional disorder,with its incidence rate showing an annual increase.The lateral habenula(LHb),situated in the epithalamus,plays a role in encoding negative emotions such as fear,anxiety,and depression.Research indicates that abnormal activity in the LHb is closely related to the onset and development of MDD,making it a significant brain region in MDD research.This article provides a brief overview of the cellular architecture,fiber connections,and related neural circuit mechanisms of the LHb in MDD.A review of the literature reveals that the LHb mediates depression-related neural circuits,including the lateral habenula-ventral tegmental area,dorsal raphe nucleus-lateral habenula,ventral pallidum-lateral habenula,lateral hypothalamic area-lateral habenula,substantia innominata-lateral habenula,medial prefrontal cortex-lateral habenula,and ventral tegmental area-lateral habenula.This provides new insights and targets for understanding the pathogenesis of MDD and the development of new therapeutic drugs.关键词
