可弯吸引鞘在软性输尿管镜钬激光碎石术中的临床应用研究
Clinical application of bendable suction sheath in flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using a bendable suction sheath in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones using ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 pa-tients with upper urinary tract stones treated in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023.They were divided into a tradi-tional group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The traditional group used a non bendable ordinary suction sheath combined with ureteral flexible holmium laser lithotripsy,while the observation group used an 11.0 Fr or 12.0 Fr bendable suction sheath combined with ureteral flexible holmium laser lithotripsy.The stone clearance rate,surgical time,postoperative renal colic,systemic inflammatory response syndrome,and stone recurrence rate were observed between the two groups.Results:The stone clearance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The surgical time in the observation group[(65.67±5.34)min]was significantly shorter than that in the traditional group[(90.41±6.29)min],and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group[(39.96±1.32)mL]was significantly less than that in the traditional group[(53.11±2.53)mL],and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The proportion of postoperative renal colic in the observation group(6.67％)was significantly lower than that in the traditional group(25.00％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).At the same time,the risk of postoperative infection had also been reduced,with the incidence rate dropping from 15.00％in the traditional group to 3.33％in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the 3-month follow-up after surgery,the proportion of recurrent stones in the observation group was 3.33％,significantly lower than the 15.00％in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of flexible suction sheath and ureteroscopy for the treatment of upper urinary tract stones can improve the stone clearance rate,reduce the incidence of secondary surgery and postoperative complications.It is safe,feasible and effective.关键词
