Abstract
Objective:To develop and apply cleaning and sterilization data record preservation based on the information traceability system and three-level audit to realize the information-based record-keeping and three-level auditing of cleaning and sterilization monitoring data,to achieve effective monitoring and traceability of all surgical kits used by patients,to solve the problem that the information traceability system not matching the ports of the sterilizing and sterilizing equipment,or the monitoring data collection not being realized because of the high cost of opening the ports.Methods:In this study,the data of 60 cycles of cleaning and disinfection and the data of 60 cycles of sterilization monitoring were randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cycles of cleaning and disinfection and 30 cycles of sterilization monitoring data.In the control group,manual record keeping and paper version examination and signature were used,while in the experimental group,the informatized record keeping and examination,and three-level audit were used.The time-consuming of record and examination and the timeliness of examination were compared between the two groups,and the average time and the total number of traceable packets were compared,and also the satisfaction of the departments was investigated.Results:The record time,audit time,and audit timeliness of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05);and the complete rate of traceability information of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,while the traceability time of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);the development cost of the information-based storage module for monitoring data of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization was obviously less than the cost of opening the port of the equipment;the staff satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control grou,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Based on the information traceability system,the application of the system management function of record keeping and three-level auditing,it can make the data of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization be kept and checked by information record and timely and effective implementation to improve efficiency and department satisfaction,and save hospital expenses.关键词
