Research progress on the current situation and improving strategies of core competency of midwives
摘要
Abstract
Midwives play an important role in ensuring the safety of mothers and children and in reducing maternal mortality.Currently,midwifery in various contries is facing great challenges and it is imperative that we strengthen core competencies midwifery,improve capacity and improcore competency of midwives.This paper reviews the concept,current situation,influencing factors and interventions for improving midwives'core competency,with the aim of promoting midwifery education,improving the quality of midwifery services and providing a reference for managers and educators to subsequently formulate core competency-based midwifery education programs and standardized midwifery education.关键词
