摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems of difficult drilling and low rock breaking efficiency in the construction process of large-diameter gangue feeding hole in Xingdong Mine,this paper studies the large-diameter circulating drilling technology and analyzes the basic conditions for establishing mud circulation.Based on the inhomogeneity of the existing state of gangue in the hole,the screw is used as the power to be equipped with a self-developed new rotor bit for drilling.Practice has proved that this method can establish a maintenance circulation channel,with good slag discharge effect and high drilling efficiency.It can be popularized and applied to through-hole construction and rapid drilling of large-diameter boreholes after blockage of large-diameter boreholes in coal mines.
