摘要

Abstract

Hydrogen has a high permeability,which can cause hydrogen embrittlement problems such as reduced plasticity of metal materials and accelerated fatigue crack propagation rate,which seriously hindering the industrial development of hydrogen energy.It is widely recognized that the hydrogen permeation barrier coating could become the main method to solve hydrogen embrittlement of the metal.The research and development of hydrogen permeation barriers coating for nearly years were reviewed,the merit and demerit for the traditional hydrogen permeation barriers coating were discussed,and the development status of the new type of hydrogen permeation barrier coating such as graphene coatings and metal glass coatings are described.The research results of hydrogen permeating barrier coating for pure/hydrogen doped pipelines was introduced.Prospects were made for the future development of hydrogen permeation barriers coating.
